Estia residence is an elegant renaissance residence built at the end of the 19th century, situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Prague 3, just minutes away from its lively center. The building, being one of Alasia’s development projects, received full and high quality renovation. One new floor, 2-storey attic and elevator were added. The building is already fully functioning.
